Chevrolet Air Conditioning?

I have a '96 chevy S10. The air condition is not cool at all. It blows but the air is just warm air. We found a leak in the compressor so we completely replaced the compressor and it doesnt leak at all. We also put almost 3 cans of frion into the system and it has stayed. The pressure has been the same, so nothing is leaking. The pulley on the end of the compressor would kick on and off and we have it to the point where it stays on when the AC is on. However, the accumulator doesnt get cold at all. So I'm assuming there is a circulation problem. Dad thinks that we have too much frion in the system but i think something else is wrong. One thing for sure, something is definitely wrong with my AC system. What do I need to do in order to get it working right again? Thanks

WELL GOLDWING IS RIGHT YOU NEED TO PULL A VACUUM------BUT FOR THE WRONG REASON ---THERE IS NO VACUUM IN THE SYSTEM AFTER YOU INSTALL THE FREON . THE REASON TO PULL THE VACUUM IS TO REMOVE ALL AIR ---AIR CONTAINS HUMIDITY ---THE HUMIDITY ( WATER IN THE AIR ) FREEZES IN THE SMALL ORIFICE GOING INTO THE EVAPORATOR AND PLUGS OFF THE FLOW OF FREON ----MY YELLOW JACKET VACUUM PUMP RUN OVER $ 650 DISCOUNT . SO IT'S NOT SOMETHING YOU WANT TO RUN OUT AND BUY .-------NOW IN THE OLD DAYS BEFORE IT BECAME ILLEGAL TO DUMP FREON IN THE AIR ------WE WOULD HOOK UP A VACUUM LINE FROM THE HIGH PRESSURE PORT TO THE INTAKE MANIFOLD OF THE CAR ENGINE AND LET THE ENGINE IDLE AND IT WOULD PULL A VACUUM IN THE A/C SYSTEM AND 2 - 3 TIMES AFTER WE PULLED A VACUUM WE WOULD PURGE THE LOW PRESSURE PORT WITH FREON ( PULL VAC. - PURGE - PULL VAC. - PURGE - PULL VAC .) AND THEN FILL WITH FREON . IT WOULD HAVE COME WITH 134-A -----FILL IT TILL IT HAS 40 - 45 LBS PRESSURE WITH THE A/C ON AND COMPRESSOR ENGAGED .
