If my hvac in my durango heats and cools, but the air is not being forced/ no fan, what's the problem?

Its 36 degrees out now, if I drive for twenty minutes or so, my vehicle will heat up slowly, but air is not coming out of my vents. The hvac controls stopped working in the summer and it wouold come on occasionally, but now, not at all. What's the problem?

Blower motor is probably bad.
