Where can i buy a new or used climate control dash panel for my 99 civic?

My car was recently broken into and obviously they could get my radio so they just took the whole dash panel. Well that leaves me with a big hole in my dashbaord. I have looked for a few days online to try and find a replacement but no luck. PLEASE help!

i know a place in L.A. and u wont need to go any where else. thi splace is a place that dismantles cars in japan and ships it over complet but it pieces.
