Roots Blower

Roots Blower is a device that can prevent cent rotor and axis deviation from external effects by improving the strength. Trundean Machinery offers a broad sizes ranging from 1.5" to 12" in outlet diameter with the application of the pressure conveyance. Its Roots Blowers can be designed and manufactured according to the special requirement of customer.

 

Features:

1. Pressures Applied：0 ~ 0.6 kgf/cm² 1 ~ 200HP.
2. Roots Blower's type: TH, THS, THW, THL.
3. Lower noise：Pressure pluses are the major noise source in blowers. Trundean roots blowers design can efficiently reduce noise by approximately 5 dB.
4. Lower energy consumption：Trundean roots blowers are designed to control backflow pressure to the rotor in order to reduce energy consumption.

Submersible Roots Blower:

Submersible Roots Blower is invented to use in passage trough, foam-removing trough, blow trough and air-puffing trough, is made to prevent second social effect of pollution, noiseless and extending machine life-span, and its Submersible Roots Blowers are also available for special order with special design.

 

Besides, the power of Submersible Roots Blowers is from 2hp to 20 hp, and can be applicable to pressure conveyance. However, Submersible Roots Blowers are applied to underwater, so there will be not much noise when in use.

 

Features:

1. Pressures Applied：0 ~ 0.6 kg f/cm² 2 ~ 20HP
2. Quietness：Because of its submergibility under water, so there will be not much noise from the machine when in use.
3. No need of a silencer：Because it works under water, the created noise will be very low, so there will be no need to do silencer. Under-water can mean space-saving.
4. Strong structure, Be relieved：The direct connect between the motor and the blower can avoid the inconvenience of traditionally-done belt adjustment.

Vacuum Blower:

Trundean Machinery offers a broad ranging from 5hp to 150hp in horsepower with the application of vacuum. Its Vacuum Blowers can be designed and manufactured according to the special requirement of customer.

 

When developing the new series of Vacuum Blowers, Trundean Machinery emphasis on noise and vibration reduction. Trundean Vacuum Blowers rotor were adopted based on its flow characteristics which are very stable and even compared to the 2 lobes type. The extent of reduction can even operate the smaller unit without installing a silencer.

The cover of Diffuser is made from Neoprene Rubber that can resist against acid and alkali. Trundean Diffusers are designed for matching with the ready-made local 4/8" faucet and it is easy to install.
