Would rims off a GM safari/astro van fit on a full size GM truck?

I have a 1993 Chevrolet work truck and want to get a 2nd set of rims. Both my current rims and the rims I'm looking at are 15 inches. I've never seen the steel safari/astro rims with the 8 triangular holes, used on full size trucks. However, I like their looks better than the stock truck rims.

Yes they will fit. That is if they both have same number of bolt holes. The earlier Astro vans used the Caprice Classic front suspension so they had a 5 on 5 bolt pattern. ie 5 lugs on a 5" bolt pattern. The bolt pattern is shared with light duty, half ton pick-ups. Later vans shared their front suspension with the light trucks but they had by then evolved to using the 6 lug wheels. So if you stay with the same number of lug nuts you can swap wheels.

Wheels will likely be narrower coming from the van, 7 inch width vs the 8 inch width from the work truck. It's up to you if you want to decrease the cargo of your truck.
